Location: Portland State University, University Place Hotel, 310 SW Lincoln St., Portland, OR
The November Code-A-Thon was held on the West Coast and moved to a two-day format! Portland State University and Oregon State University co-hosted the event held on the Portland State University campus at the University Place Hotel.
The event was a hands-on working session where attendees had the opportunity to work side-by-side with other organizations implementing CONNECT as well as the development team from the CONNECT program. Topics were listed on the forum and encouraged discussions prior to the Code-A-Thon so we could get straight to the business of coding during the event.
During the Code-A-Thon we worked on:
- CONNECT Platform Neutrality
- Test Harness, Performance Metrics and Benchmarking
- Automated Install, Setup and Testing
- Audit Log Viewer
- EJB vs. POJO Web Services
- Bug Fixes
- Security Controls
- Generic File Transfer
- Universal Client
